P7 Potato Book Characters

As part of literacy week we created some of our favourite book characters out of potatoes.

Firstly, we planned by sketching and annotating what we wanted to add and what colours and materials we needed. 

Next, we created our character to make our potato look as close to the book character as possible. 

Finally, we presented our character to our class and explained who they were and why we chose them. It was so much fun and we were all inspired to try some new books too!
