This afternoon we experienced a hugely enjoyable introduction to the famous Scottish poet, Robert Burns (1759-1796).
Through comic drama, music and songs, we travelled back in time to learn about Robbie’s background and rise to fame.
We heard some of his poetry and we sang along to ‘Auld Lang Syne’- words written by Robbie. We even watched the haggis being ‘piped in’!
