It was fantastic to see such a great mix of parents and staff at our first BWDW Move Well, Feel Well gathering at CrossFit Limavady. It was a brilliant way to shake off the end-of-week stress and enjoy an energising fitness boost before the weekend.
A huge thank-you to Michael Walsh for leading such a brilliant, encouraging workout and for the use of the cross-fit gym!
