Our topic on The Great Irish Famine allowed us to hear about some local history right in here in Limavady! We visited Limavady Workhouse where Mr Sean Quigley told us lots of stories and facts about life in famine times. We also saw the Paupers’ grave where many victims of the famine are buried. What a very interesting morning!
