**Fresh Little Minds**

Our Primary 6 and 7 classes are currently engaged in the Fresh Little Minds project. This is led by the amazing Mary Fitzpatrick and uses the AMBER approach (anchor, move, breathe, express) to help our children find, develop and believe in their individual worth and value ❤️

This programme is extremely special and Mary’s fun and engaging strategies help our children develop resilience, encourage their self belief and develop their positive mental well-being.

Mary will also be working with children throughout our school.

The boys and girls love it and are having so much fun as they learn
