P7CL Clay Irish Famine Cottages

We have been getting creative with clay in Primary 7 as we designed and modelled cottages like the ones people lived in during the Great Famine.

We carefully shaped and added detail with tools, even carving thatched roofs to make our cottages look authentic.

Next step … painting and varnishing them to display in our school foyer!
