Primary One had an amazing visit to ‘All Creatures’ Veterinary Health Centre.
We were delighted that our pupils had the opportunity to experience a veterinary clinic first hand and to see lots of real equipment and hear lots of interesting and useful information.
The pupils loved engaging in all the interactive and practical activities...bandaging the toy animals, becoming familiar with a range of equipment and performing 'surgery' (carefully extracting the peas from the jelly).
We all loved meeting 9-week old Golden Retriever puppy 'Ruhn' - he is such a well behaved and adorable little cutie!
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to April and all the team at 'All Creatures' for facilitating such an enjoyable and fun visit for our P1 children. Thank you also to our parent helpers for accompanying us on this visit. We really appreciate your help.
